Responsibilites are to assist customers with any questions or concerns (on the phone or in person) that they have about items in the store. After the store is closed, the duties change, taking me from the front office to the back office where money is verified and the safe is balanced. In addition, I delegated as many as 22 cashiers and front service clerks, ensuring all task were finished.

Computer Skills- Computer classes taken in middle school and high school on word, excel, and power point.
Able to handle an extensive amount of money.
Strong focus on assisting customers.

My desire is to be employed @ an establishment where there is freedom to grow. Becoming a teller would be the a foot in the door in pursuing a career in the credit/banking field.
As an employee, one can be assured that any job set forth will be done correctly and efficiently.

Graduated High School with Cum Laude honors.
Awarded the McKnight Achievers which acknowleges African American student for excelling in school.

Attended the Boys & Girls Club from 1994-1998 Volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club in 1998 Volunteered 100 hours at Lake Regional Medical Center.
